Experience That Inspires. Coaching That Transforms.

Coaching

Back to the Basics.

Building strong foundations for lasting success.

Five things to work on, one plan you can actually follow, and somebody who checks.

The five pillars

What we work on together.

Most agents arrive thinking they have a strategy problem. Usually it is one of the other four.

01

Mindset & Motivation

The part nobody wants to work on, and the part that decides everything.

What you believe about yourself on a slow month is worth more than any script. We work on the thinking first, because a confident agent makes calls a discouraged one talks themselves out of.

02

Goals & Strategy

A number, a plan to hit it, and a week that matches.

Not a vision board. A real target, worked backwards into how many conversations that takes, and then put into your actual calendar where you can see it.

03

Real Estate Success

Thirty years of what works, and what only looks like it works.

Lead generation, listing presentations, negotiation, follow-up, referrals. The craft of the business, taught by someone who has done it through more than one market.

04

Growth & Confidence

Growing the business without losing yourself in it.

Pricing your worth, holding a boundary, saying no to the wrong client. Confidence is not a personality trait — it is what is left after you have done hard things on purpose.

05

Faith & Purpose

Building a business that fits the life you actually want.

This is not a business that respects your boundaries unless you set them. We build a practice around your family and your convictions rather than the other way round.

How it runs

Four stages, and an ending.

Coaching that never finishes is a subscription, not a result. This one is built to hand the habits over.

  1. 01

    We talk first

A real conversation, not a sales call.

Where the business is, where you want it, and what is actually in the way. If I am not the right person for it, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.

  2. 02

    We build the plan

One page you could hand to somebody else.

A target, the activities that get you there, and what your week looks like when it is working. Specific enough to be checked.

  3. 03

    We work it together

Regular sessions, and someone in your corner between them.

We meet, we look at what happened, and we adjust. The plan is not precious. Your progress is.

  4. 04

    You keep going without me

The point is not to need a coach forever.

The habits are yours by the end. Plenty of people stay because they like having the accountability, but they stay by choice, not because the wheels come off without it.

Who I work with

Agents who are willing to be coached.

That is the only real requirement. Everything else can be taught.

Betty Special Coaching

The newer agent

Licensed, eager, and getting almost no real training. You need someone to tell you what to do on Monday morning, and to check that you did it.

Betty Special Coaching

The stalled producer

You have done well and it has flattened out. Usually this is not a skill problem — it is a focus problem, and it is very fixable.

Betty Special Coaching

The agent who is tired

The business is working and your life is not. We rebuild the practice so it fits around what matters instead of eating it.

Betty Special Coaching

The team leader

You are trying to grow people, not just production. I work with leaders on how to coach their own agents.

Before you ask

The questions people actually have.

Do I have to be a Christian for this to work?

No. Faith is where Betty coaches from and it is part of how she thinks about work and life, but the business coaching stands on its own. Plenty of people take the strategy and leave the rest, and they are welcome.

I have been in the business a long time. Is coaching for me?

Often more so. Experienced agents usually do not need new information — they need a second set of eyes on where the time is going and someone to hold them to a decision. That is a short conversation with a large effect.

What if I am brand new?

Then you are in the best possible position, because you have no habits to unlearn. New agents get the most out of coaching and typically get there fastest.

How do we start?

With a conversation. Send a message through this site, say a little about where you are, and we will find a time to talk properly. There is nothing to buy to have that first conversation.

Tell me where the business is and where you would like it to be. The first conversation is free, and it is a conversation — not a pitch.
